It for sure put me off ! .Iin a dutch movie, couldnt they of found dutch actors, and had them speak english but so they would have a dutch accent rather then a London, or Newcastle accent, it doesnt make sense |
Ok yeah I found it weird too. I think the mayor part of the movie was financed by the English, plus it's a pitty they didn't shoot on the dutch locations. hmmm Quite funny I really couldn't define what part of england people would be coming from. I could say scottish or Irish. I could it do for people what city they come from in Brabant! _________________ Don't Panic! |

LOL...Well it sounded to me that most people were from the south of the UK, and a few from the North
Yes...Its ashame they didn't film in Holland with a dutch crew, i bet the movie would of turnt out much better that way _________________ Martina Warren - Official Website of the 2005 Penthouse Pet of the Year

I think it would be very costly since they would have to remove all modern things out of view. Like streetlights and traffic signs.
They shot parts of Oceans 12 in Amsterdam and had to close a few block of the city, plus they needed to keep all the dutch girls away from Brad Pitt and George Cloony _________________ Don't Panic! |

I watched "Dirty Pretty Things", last night and i thought the movie was pretty slow, would rate it just ok. The last 20 minutes i thought was the most interesting part of the movie
I also watched "Gothika", last night, and i didnt think it was a bad movie, i actually quite enjoyed it
Im gonna watch the Notebook tonight, so ill let you know what i think _________________ Martina Warren - Official Website of the 2005 Penthouse Pet of the Year

Yeah "Gothika" is ok. I think it's very much in the vibe of "The Ring"though.
Have you ever thought of your own rating system.

I watched The Notebook a couple of days ago, and i absolutely loved it! Call me an old romantic, but this is the one film i have seen this year, that im very glad i watched ! Ok it was pretty predictable, but still well worth watching. And i also really loved the ending as well as the beginning, and middle !I can't recommend this movie enough. Please see it and tell me what you think?
It gets 5 Martina Stars _________________ Martina Warren - Official Website of the 2005 Penthouse Pet of the Year

Awww *handing handkerchief to Martina*. Dunno maybe it's a good thing you can cry. It always seems to have a cleansing effect.

I too saw the Notebook and was kind of shocked. It was alot a better than I thought it would be. Very good acting. I also saw Finding Neverland and thought that was pretty good too. I'd give them both 3 1/2 Martina Stars. |
