Razz
I watched the Notebook on friday. Nomally I don't watch romantic movies that easily. The movie reminded me very much about my oma (grandmother) as I felt she passed away some time before she died.
She had Altzheimer's diseas too and I saw the pain in my opa's eyes as the person he loved most in the world slowly faded away. Crying

Anyway support research on this disease. I donated some money after seeing this movie.

It is actually a comic style movie that is just out. The cast features Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba, Clive Owen, Mickey Rourke, Elijah Wood, Josh Hartnett, ...

I believe that movie is based on a book by the same name, and not a nudie book either.

I saw Sin City this afternoon. Great visuals! I saw it with a few friends and 1/2 liked, the other 1/2 didn't. I thought it was pretty good and God Bless Jessica Alba. Mickey Rourke stole the show though, he did a great job in this movie.

Just to name a title: The Ring 2. I freaking freaked out seeing part 1, alone, in the dark, all by myself..... I pulled the plug on the phone downstairs. I don't remember it all, but I freaked out at the end, when the water was coming out of the TV...

I heard part 2 is good too. A friend of mine saw it the other night in the movie theater. He said that an many occassion the public was freaking out.

If you are scared to watch it alone, I will sit on the couch with you Martina. Wink

Sin City is just out in theaters now. As someone mentioned, it's based on a series of graphic novels and the artist, Frank Miller, co-directed the movie with Robert Rodriguez ("Desperado", "Spy Kids") under the production eye of Quentin Tarrentino.

Sin City Videos, on the other hand, is the purveyor of such classics as "Backdoor Hookers 6" and "Adventures of Major Morehead." For a more complete listing, check here:

http://www.adultfilmdatabase.com/index.cfm/Action/DisplayStudio/Find/Sin%20City/Sin%20City.html

if you're over 18.

Eek! Yeah I understand you're probably still awake now.
I was also quite dissapointed by this movie. To be honest most horror movies do. I got a copy of the old b/w Boris Karloff Frankenstein movie.
This movie was made in 1931! woot
I think I'll watch it next weekend. Razz
